Shipping Carriers

We use reputable shipping carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to deliver orders securely.


Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Our cut-off time for same-day processing is 5:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00, Los Angeles).
Orders placed before this time on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 AM will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping is available only within the continental United States. We currently do not ship to the following:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International locations

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
If no tracking information appears, the package may not yet have been scanned by the carrier.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
Packages returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees for resending.

We are also not liable for any loss, theft, or damage resulting from packages being forwarded or redirected after shipment.
